There are few cities in the world that do a wedding backdrop quite like Boston in the summer. Sean and Chiara chose The Colonnade Hotel — one of Boston's most iconic and beloved venues — for a celebration that felt entirely like them: refined, joyful, and rooted in the city they call home.
Their portraits took us through the lush gardens of the Boston Public Garden, with the city skyline rising behind them through the trees. It's the kind of setting that only exists in Boston — where manicured greenery and urban architecture somehow share the same frame effortlessly. Chiara's cathedral-length veil caught every bit of wind, and the resulting images are some of the most striking we've made.
The Colonnade is the kind of venue that handles both the grand and the intimate equally well. From the elegance of the ceremony to the warmth of the reception, Sean and Chiara's day moved at its own perfect pace — full of laughter, dancing, and the kind of love that fills a room.
If you're planning a wedding at The Colonnade Hotel or anywhere in Boston and the surrounding area, we'd love to hear from you.
