Some towns just know how to hold a wedding. York, Maine is one of them — and Kory and Caitlin's June day proved it from first look to last dance. The ceremony unfolded on the lawn at Union Bluff with the Atlantic stretching out behind them, salt air mixing with the scent of white florals, and every guest leaning in a little closer.

After the ceremony, we chased the light across York. The Nubble Lighthouse gave us that classic coastal backdrop, all rocky shoreline and open sky. Then we headed downtown to The Goldenrod — because if you're getting married in York, you stop at The Goldenrod. The neon signs and old-school charm made for some of the most fun frames of the day.

We finished with portraits on Short Sands Beach as the evening softened. The rocks, the tide, the way the light wrapped around them — it was the kind of quiet, golden-hour magic that reminds you why you do this work. Kory and Caitlin made every location feel effortless, and the energy carried straight through to a packed dance floor back at Union Bluff.
